Job Description:

Individuals pursuing these positions should have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Payroll managers or supervisors generally need at least five years’ payroll experience, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. A certified payroll professional designation is valuable. Firms also seek proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems and automated payroll processing services.

  • Key User for Umantis system for site location including duties, but not limited to, main oversight and review of data, analytical report running & review of data to drive business decisions related to any compliance needs
  • Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies as it relates to payroll and expatriate compensation
  • Prepares comprehensive payroll reports in conformance with organizational needs
  • Process bi-weekly hourly and monthly salary hourly payroll
  • Sign-up new hires (all required forms and benefits)
  • Prepare labels and create folders for all new hires
  • Assist in gathering and input of vacation requests, bereavement leave, attendance tracking, and personal time off (PTO) time, etc
