Payroll/Hris Specialist

• Manage and process multiple payroll cycles, including three weekly and one biweekly payroll, covering nearly 1,000 employees
• Ensure all payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant regulations
• Dedicate Mondays to intensive payroll processing tasks to meet weekly deadlines
• Oversee and maintain HRIS systems, including regular updates and monitoring system performance
• Apply system updates and releases, ensuring seamless functionality and addressing any technical issues
• Support the continuous improvement of HRIS system utilization to enhance operational efficiency
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies to maintain precise records
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and improve processes.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
• Expertise in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro is ideal, but not required
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting
• Proven ability to reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with maintaining and updating HRIS systems for optimal functionality
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, especially on high-demand processing days.

Expertise in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro is ideal, but not required.
