Come and join our People Team as a Payroll & HR Systems Administrator. This is a great opportunity designed to provide foundational experience across HR Systems and Payroll administration. Job Responsibility:
Assist with the accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payroll runs and expenses
Perform regular data entry, cleansing, and integrity checks within our HR/Payroll systems (iTrent)
Act as second-line support for payroll queries and basic system issues, helping our colleagues find solutions
Support system upgrades by assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) and legislative updates
Generate standard reports to help the People Team review metrics like turnover and absence
Ensure all daily processing activities remain compliant with GDPR and data management regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role (ideally within HR or Payroll)
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of payroll processing (Pensions, NI) and GDPR is preferred
Ideally holding or working towards a CIPP qualification (desired but not essential)
