We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing payroll operations efficiently and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle payroll processes and a commitment to accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Process payroll for employees with precision and timeliness, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
Handle full-cycle payroll operations, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments
Manage payroll for 101-500 employees while maintaining organized records and documentation
Administer garnishments and other deductions according to legal requirements
Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy before finalization
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to maintain seamless payroll processes
Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates
Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in payroll coordination or a related role
Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes, including calculations and reconciliations
Experience managing payroll for mid-sized teams (101-500 employees)
Knowledge of garnishments and related legal requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills for addressing employee concerns and collaborating with teams
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
Familiarity with payroll software and systems is preferred
