Job Responsibility

  • Work within a busy payroll team
  • work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads to reach the payroll turnaround
  • work with outsourced provider (iTrent) to ensure prompt and efficient payroll and pension service
  • check administration of starters, leavers for both payroll and pensions
  • submit all pension on a monthly basis
  • liaise with HR, Finance and other key stakeholders
  • support completion and submission of all annual returns to HMRC and pension providers
  • assist Finance in monthly payroll reconciliations

Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • comfortable in a very flexible, fast paced working environment
  • proactive approach and able to work under own initiative and within a team
  • general administration, including reporting, P45s and a spectrum of emails
  • strong Excel skills
