Job Responsibility:
Process weekly payroll for a workforce of approximately 250 employees, ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations
Collaborate with a team of payroll processors to maintain accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations
Verify timecard data against system records and ensure tax calculations are correct for applicable jurisdictions
Handle garnishment processing, including generating reports and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Manage payroll tasks and maintain accurate employee records
Review payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth payroll execution
Support payroll audits and reporting by providing accurate and detailed documentation
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Proficiency in handling multi-state payroll operations
Experience managing payroll for 200+ employees
Strong analytical skills to verify payroll data and tax compliance
Familiarity with garnishment processing and reporting
