Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Panama City, Florida. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage complex payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in billing processes and multi-state payroll systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate execution for over 500 employees
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze payroll data and ensure alignment with billing procedures
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite systems to manage payroll operations effectively
  • Conduct assessments of customer accounts and provide insights into billing processes for managed service groups
  • Identify and address discrepancies in payroll and billing data through detailed analysis
  • Support the development and implementation of streamlined payroll and billing processes
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies
  • Review customer lists and accounts to ensure accurate billing and payroll integration
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members to enhance overall payroll efficiency
  • Deliver insights and recommendations for improving payroll and billing workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite systems
  • Strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and procedures
  • Experience with payroll integration and its impact on billing processes
  • Ability to analyze and interpret payroll and billing data effectively
  • Familiarity with managed service billing practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
