Job Description:

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an experienced ADP Payroll Consultant to support post-conversion clean-up activities for a client in Columbus, OH. Client recently transitioned from UKG to ADP and is looking for a consultant who has experience with ADP to help with reviewing outstanding tickets, researching and resolving payroll errors, and helping to identify business process changes. This consultant will also work to optimize payroll reporting through ADP. This role is expected to last 3 months.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support post-conversion clean-up activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Payroll
  • Expertise in handling payroll for organizations with over 1000 employees
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and its reporting capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and utilizing process maps and workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address payroll issues
  • Must have prior ADP payroll experience, to include experience with ADP conversions and post-conversation activities
