Job Responsibility:
Assist with payroll preparation and processing for employees
Review timesheets and verify accuracy of employee hours
Enter payroll data and maintain payroll records
Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
Respond to employee payroll questions and inquiries
Maintain compliance with payroll procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Previous payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage confidential payroll information professionally
Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems is a plus
