Job Responsibility:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established schedules
Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including preparation, submission, and reconciliation
Handle payroll for employee groups ranging from 101 to 500 individuals
Oversee garnishments and other deductions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and communicate effectively with employees
Maintain up-to-date records of all payroll transactions and reports
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations
Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Assist with audits and reviews of payroll processes as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll processing, including full-cycle operations
Familiarity with managing payroll for medium-sized employee groups (101-500 employees)
Knowledge of garnishments and other payroll deductions
Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently
Proficiency in payroll software and tools
Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
