A growing organization is seeking a Payroll Clerk to support payroll processing, employee compensation tracking, and payroll data management. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in payroll administration, timekeeping systems, and payroll compliance who are looking to grow within the accounting or HR field. The Payroll Clerk will assist with payroll preparation, data validation, and reporting while ensuring that payroll information is accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with payroll processing, data entry, and timekeeping verification
Review employee hours, wages, and deductions for accuracy and compliance
Maintain payroll records, reports, and employee compensation data
Support payroll reconciliations and reporting processes
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, and deductions
Assist with tax documentation and payroll compliance requirements
Support month-end and year-end payroll activities
Requirements:
1–3 years of payroll, accounting, or HR support experience
Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Workday, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
