Process payroll for a staff size ranging from 101 to 500 employees with accuracy and timeliness
Manage the full-cycle payroll process, including collecting, verifying, and submitting employee data
Handle payroll adjustments such as garnishments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain payroll records and reports for auditing and reconciliation purposes
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
Utilize Paychex Payroll systems to streamline payroll processing
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Conduct regular reviews of payroll procedures to identify and implement improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll processing, particularly for employee groups of 101-500
Familiarity with full-cycle payroll processes, including data verification and submission
Knowledge of handling payroll garnishments and related regulations
Proficiency in using Paychex Payroll systems or similar platforms
