Job Responsibility:
Process semi-monthly payroll for the MN pay group
Generate and distribute detailed reports for departments to monitor Federal Work Study funds
Manage and oversee the Employees and Dependents Tuition Remission Benefit Program
Schedule and communicate processing dates for taxable tuition benefits
Collaborate with team members on payroll-related projects and provide general support for various administrative functions
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, or enrollment in the final year of completing such a degree
Experience with payroll processing and data entry is essential, showcasing familiarity with multi-tax systems
