Job Responsibility
Enter and verify employee hours and payroll information
Review payroll reports and identify discrepancies
Process employee deductions, garnishments, and payroll updates
Maintain payroll files and supporting documentation
Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements
Support employee onboarding and payroll setup activities
Assist with timekeeping system administration
Generate payroll reports for management review
Collaborate with Accounting and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
Requirements
1–3 years of payroll, accounting support, or administrative experience
Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, UKG, or Paycom preferred
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
