The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll management while providing administrative assistance to the HR department.
Job Responsibility:
Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all employee data is correctly maintained
Manage daily administrative tasks related to manual payroll operations
Assist the Human Resources department in handling employee benefits and record maintenance
Support recruitment activities by coordinating schedules and maintaining applicant records
Provide clerical support for HR communications and employee-related inquiries
Maintain compliance with relevant payroll and HR regulations
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and documentation as needed
Collaborate with team members to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information
Contribute to process improvements within payroll and HR functions
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
Familiarity with human resources administration, including benefits and record maintenance
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
