We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk on a long-term contract basis in Claremont, New Hampshire. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring smooth payroll operations. Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry tasks related to payroll processing
Verify payroll information to ensure completeness and accuracy
Maintain and update employee payroll records in an organized manner
Provide administrative support to the payroll team to streamline operations
Uphold precision and focus in a predominantly manual payroll process
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining organization
Previous experience in payroll or administrative support roles is preferred
Familiarity with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
At least one year of relevant work experience
