Job Responsibility:
Process payroll accurately and efficiently for employees, adhering to company procedures and deadlines
Handle payroll-related tasks such as garnishments, deductions, and benefits adjustments
Collaborate with team members to address payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy
Provide excellent customer support, resolving payroll-related inquiries with attention to detail
Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet to generate reports and manage payroll data
Maintain records and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes
Validate parking-related reimbursements and handle associated administrative tasks
Assist in improving payroll processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee data
Requirements:
Proficiency in payroll processing, including full-cycle payroll for medium-sized employee groups
Experience handling payroll garnishments and deductions
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet for data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide exceptional customer service
Knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and standards
Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach with attention to accuracy
Previous experience in a similar payroll role is preferred
