Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee biweekly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and compliance
Serve as the main contact for Paychex system administration, troubleshooting, and reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations
Partner with HR and finance to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely manner
Prepare reports for management and support audits as needed
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and compliance
Requirements:
3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience (required)
Demonstrated Paychex platform experience
Working knowledge of payroll and employee benefits regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
