Job Responsibility:
Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
Verify employment details and complete required documentation for compliance
Manage the distribution of termination letters to ensure timely benefits adjustments
Support the department with various administrative tasks related to employee benefits
Collaborate with both payroll and benefits departments to streamline processes and resolve issues
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Assist with employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, providing clear and prompt resolutions
Identify opportunities for process improvements within payroll and benefits operations
Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding payroll and benefits activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll or administrative positions with relatable duties
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a split-role environment
Familiarity with payroll systems and software
Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees and management
