Citadel Source is partnering with a successful, well-known company based in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced Payroll Associate to join their payroll team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing and administering rewards programs, supporting payroll operations, and helping shape the future of in-house payroll management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers and benefit changes
  • Update and maintain the benefits portal
  • Assist with year end transactions, including P60's etc
  • Monitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalation
  • Any other payroll duties as required
  • Assist the Payroll Manager in aligning outsourced payrolls and integrating them in-house
