  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, federal/state/city taxes, and multi-state payroll, required
  • Experience with payroll audits, reporting, and internal controls, required
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
  • advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), required
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence
  • Previous exposure to scaling HR operations in a fast‑growing or entrepreneurial environment
  • Professional, proactive, and able to take initiative in a lean, fast-paced environment
