Payroll and Compliance Officer

• Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory deductions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards
• Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in labor and payroll practices
• Prepare and submit reports for auditing and tax purposes
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
