Job Description

Our client, fast-growing company with a corporate office in Vancouver and operations in the Yukon, is seeking a seasoned Payroll professional to support their rapid expansion. This is a critical, hands-on role handling semi-monthly payroll for a specialized, rotational workforce. If you are a PCP-certified professional with deep expertise in Yukon legislation and want a clear path toward a future management role, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and process semi-monthly, non-union payroll for ~50 employees using ADP
  • Act as the internal expert on Yukon Employment Standards (ESA)
  • Ensure data integrity and clean audit trails to smoothly transition processes for high-volume payroll scaling next year

Requirements

  • Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation is required
  • Verifiable experience managing Yukon payroll regulations and Employment Standards
  • Strong proficiency with ADP systems
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to interface directly with regulatory bodies
