Job Description:

Our client, a global fintech company, is seeking a People Operations Consultant to join their team on a 3-6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing, global organization during a time of transition and provide hands-on People Operations coverage across the U.S. and U.K. This role will partner closely with the Head of Total Rewards & People Operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a growing, global organization during a time of transition
  • Provide hands-on People Operations coverage across the U.S. and U.K.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Total Rewards & People Operations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • 4+ years of People Operations or HR experience, ideally within technology, financial services, or other professional services environments
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
