Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Finance, HR, or related field)
2–3 years of experience in payroll
Knowledge of employment law and payroll processes
Experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g. etemptation, Hypervision is a plus)
Good command of MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and simple way

Job Responsibility

Analyze employee data and calculate severance payments and compensation
