The Payroll Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations.
Job Responsibility:
Enter payroll data received during the month from authorized individuals
Manage payroll calculation
Prepare Payment orders and fund transfer files
Handle Debt collectors’ deductions
Prepare company and employee tax statements
Prepare income certificates
Sign documents within given authorisation
Support Internal customers
Requirements:
Minimum 1- 2 years experience in Payroll
Polish and English knowledge (both spoken & written)
Seasoned MS Office user
Knowledge of Polish employment laws, social security insurance regulations and tax legislation
TETA and Workday experience would be an advantage
Bachelor’s/University degree
Teamwork, innovative approach and can-do attitude, open to change and quick learner, accuracy and sense of urgency, excellent task management and work prioritization
