Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing payroll data, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of payroll for all employees
Review payroll processes and systems to identify and implement improvements
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
Collaborate with HR, accounting, and finance teams to support payroll operations
Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and reporting
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
2+ years of payroll or relevant analytical experience
Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
