Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Israel-based employees. You will ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and timely execution of monthly payroll cycles while acting as a key point of contact for employee inquiries.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer the payroll process of a specific population, business unit, or country by maintaining the appropriate payroll audit database
  • Monitor and maintain analysis between payroll and HR data
  • Reconcile and process payroll information received from other parties/vendors, such as adjustments, ad-hoc payments, deductions, refunds, and time accrual matters
  • Maintain payroll reporting to support output processes and stakeholder inquiries
  • Research and respond to tier-2 level employee and manager questions within Arrow's case management system
  • Administer employee pension schemes, social benefits, and provident funds, including reporting to relevant authorities and reconciling contributions
  • Administer process other benefits such as health insurance and severance
  • Administer accurate employee attendance records, including vacation, sick leave, military reserve duty (Miluim), and other leaves of absence
  • Oversee to ensure accurate tracking of working hours
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate leave administration and documentation
  • Actively participate in payroll transformation projects, including vendor conversion and process improvement activities
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits, as required

Requirements

  • 4+ years in payroll operations within Israel
  • Proficiency in both Hebrew and English is mandatory for managing local documentation and global communication
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables) and strong attention to detail
  • Certified Payroll Accountant (Bodek Sachar)
