Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
4–7+ years of payroll, payroll analytics, or payroll systems experience
Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots, formulas)
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, ADP)
Knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, and internal controls (SOX exposure preferred)
Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HRIS, or related field preferred
