This role will see you take ownership of payroll activities, ensuring accurate and compliant processing while acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries across the business.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-end payroll administration and validation of timesheets and payroll data
Reviewing monthly payroll reports from the external payroll provider
Calculating average holiday pay and managing adjustments
Handling employee payroll queries
Setting up new starters on Sicon
Supporting audits and ad-hoc finance projects
Requirements:
Relevant payroll experience
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
Detail-focused, organised, and confident handling confidential information
