Based on the outskirts of Bournemouth, you'll be working 15–20 hours per week and be responsible for ensuring payrolls are processed smoothly and accurately, delivering a professional service every time. What you’ll be doing: Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients Managing CIS monthly returns Notifying clients of PAYE liabilities and submitting paperwork to HMRC on time Dealing with payroll queries quickly and effectively Supporting Auto Enrolment requirements Ensuring accuracy and compliance with current PAYE, NIC, and HMRC legislation What we’re looking for: Solid payroll experience across a variety of payroll sizes Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE, NIC, HMRC requirements and Auto Enrolment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload High attention to detail and accuracy Good IT skills, ideally with Sage Payroll experience A professional, adaptable approach with great communication skills This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently but also likes being part of a friendly, supportive team.
