Maintenance of MIRACLE PAYROLL system, information and changes to ensure accurate and current information is recorded
Preparation of timesheets for processing
Maintain the payroll Inbox daily, forwarding all relevant queries to line managers
Collection of information to Payroll Personnel to ensure correct wage payments and employee details are processed
Communication with company management and employees both verbally and by email in relation to employee information
Always maintain employee and management confidence in relation to employee information as per the company confidentiality policy
Assist with any other duties and processing as required for the smooth and efficient operation of both the HR & payroll departments
Must be willing to undertake in-house training in the following: Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and statutory payments (i.e. NI, pensions etc)
Deductions & Taxes: Apply correct deductions for taxes, pensions, and other benefits
Payslips & Payments: Issue payslips and manage direct deposits or other payment methods
Compliance: Stay updated on payroll laws, tax regulations, and ensure adherence to employment law
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records and prepare reports
Employee Support: Resolve payroll-related queries from staff and assist with timesheets and payslips
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance departments for data accuracy and reporting
Requirements:
