Job Responsibility

  • Process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data with a focus on confidentiality and precision
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and time reporting
  • Assist in generating payroll-related reports and reconciling accounts within the accounting team
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations, particularly those specific to New York
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address payroll discrepancies and improve processes
  • Support audits and reviews related to payroll operations
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and apply them to daily operations

  • Processing and submitting relevant HMRC forms
  • Administering multiple pension schemes
  • Providing a range of payroll reports as and when required
  • Maintaining up to date guidance notes on payroll processes
  • Resolving pay queries from team members and people managers
  • Providing support across the People Operations team as required
