Payroll Administrator

• Process semi-monthly payroll entries with precision and accuracy
• Review and validate employee timesheets to ensure compliance with company policies
• Generate and analyze basic payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
• Collaborate with the accounting team to align payroll data with financial records
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries promptly
• Utilize Paycom and other payroll systems effectively to manage data entry and reporting
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits related to payroll
• Support periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards

• Proficiency in payroll software, such as Paycom, and accounting systems
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefit functions, and accounting principles
• Experience with auditing practices and the ability to ensure compliance
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for addressing employee inquiries and collaborating with teams
• Familiarity with time-tracking systems, such as About Time, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
