Working on behalf of our client, a leading national enterprise with expansive operations across North America, we are seeking a Payroll Administrator for their Richmond-based team. This role is a vital part of a multi-entity payroll department, focusing on the end-to-end execution of complex payroll cycles for a diverse workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring legislative compliance and data integrity across various jurisdictions, serving as a subject matter expert for regional managers and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Execute full-cycle payroll for a large, multi-provincial workforce using Ceridian Dayforce
Manage complex payroll adjustments including garnishments, benefit deductions, and off-cycle runs
Oversee the integrity of employee lifecycles within the HRIS (onboarding, status changes, and terminations)
Facilitate year-end filings and statutory reporting, including T4s, RL-1s, W-2s, and ROEs
Perform detailed reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting for the Finance department
Ensure rigorous compliance with evolving federal, provincial, and state labor standards
Requirements:
1+ years of high-volume, multi-location payroll processing experience
PCP designation (or active pursuit of the certification) is required
Technical proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, data merging) and modern HRIS platforms
Experience with multi-provincial payroll operations, including Quebec
