Are you an experienced Payroll professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? We're currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our client's team! This is a key administrative role requiring someone with a solid background in payroll or bookkeeping, who can confidently manage data, maintain employee records, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and an external payroll provider.
Job Responsibility
Support the smooth delivery of payroll, acting as a key link between internal teams and an outsourced payroll provider
Process and review timesheets and payroll data for approx. 150 employees
Submit and reconcile payroll information with an external provider
Handle employee payroll queries promptly and professionally
Maintain records of sickness, holidays, and absences
Process starters, leavers, and changes to employee data
Support pensions, attachments of earnings, and reporting (incl. P11Ds)
Assist with general admin and finance support
Requirements
Previous experience in payroll or accounts administration
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
