Payroll Administrator

• Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including data entry, calculations, and distribution
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to efficiently handle payroll tasks and maintain employee records
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Administer payroll-related benefits such as FMLA, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll operations with company policies
• Generate and review payroll reports to identify and correct any inconsistencies
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws to ensure adherence
• Conduct audits of payroll processes to maintain accuracy and reliability
• Support other administrative tasks related to payroll as needed

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
• Expertise in handling payroll for multi-state employees
• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, including FMLA
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
