We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will handle payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This is a long-term contract position, offering stability and opportunities for skill development.
Job Responsibility:
Process full-cycle payroll efficiently and accurately for 500 employees
Manage multi-state payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Enter and verify payroll data with attention to detail to maintain accuracy
Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies or inquiries promptly
Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely submission of payroll information
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
Assist in audits related to payroll processes and documentation
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and practices to ensure compliance
Provide support for payroll system updates or transitions as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and practices
Ability to handle payroll for 101-500 employees effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in payroll software and data entry
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with tax laws and payroll compliance standards
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
