Payroll Administrator

• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for multi-state operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Verify compliance with Davis-Bacon Act requirements and prevailing wage regulations
• Utilize certified payroll platforms to prepare and submit reports as required by government agencies
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
• Handle payroll for 101–500 employees, maintaining data integrity and resolving discrepancies
• Manage payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Paycor, QuickBooks, or Rippling
• Provide support for job costing and project accounting processes
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters with attention to detail and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal standards
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements as needed

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience with Davis-Bacon certified payroll processes
• Strong understanding of prevailing wage regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in using certified payroll platforms and payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, Paycor, QuickBooks, or Rippling
• Experience in managing payroll for multi-state operations
• Knowledge of HR practices or construction/public works payroll is preferred
• Familiarity with job costing and project accounting processes
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
