We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to manage comprehensive payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. This role requires expertise in handling payroll for organizations with over 500 employees, ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational standards. Job Responsibility

  • Process full-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Utilize UKG Pro or similar payroll systems to manage payroll functions efficiently
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with strong attention to detail
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other required documentation
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits integration
  • Monitor and implement updates to payroll policies in accordance with legal requirements
  • Generate detailed payroll reports for internal and external audits
  • Handle payroll processing for over 500 employees with precision and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing in a multi-state environment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in using UKG Pro or similar payroll software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll for organizations with over 500 employees
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries effectively

  • Processing and submitting relevant HMRC forms
  • Administering multiple pension schemes
  • Providing a range of payroll reports as and when required
  • Maintaining up to date guidance notes on payroll processes
  • Resolving pay queries from team members and people managers
  • Providing support across the People Operations team as required
