We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Buenos Aires. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving abilities who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple global locations while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles for employees across multiple locations
Verify records, hours worked, and paid time off for accuracy
Verify wages, deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in the payroll system
Coordinate with HR and other departments to process new hires, terminations, and status changes
Ensure compliance with all global entities and local payroll regulations across different jurisdictions
Generate payroll reports for management review and auditing purposes
Review and verify benefit charges and invoices
Assist employees with questions regarding benefits and payroll
Support year-end processing
Support month-end reconciliation
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and increase efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related administrative role (or equivalent coursework)
Experience supporting global payroll (US, UK, EMEA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines
