We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Jericho, New York. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. Job Responsibility:
Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external entities
Monitor compliance with state and federal payroll laws and regulations
Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to payroll
Assist with payroll system updates and improvements to streamline processes
Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity within payroll systems and reports
Stay informed on industry trends and changes in payroll practices
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Familiarity with managing payroll for employee groups up to 500 individuals
Proficiency in payroll software and systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to address payroll-related concerns
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
