Job Responsibility:
Process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees using ADP
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Address payroll-related questions from employees in a timely manner (communicating with both office and warehouse staff)
Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
2+ years of payroll processing experience required
Experience using ADP preferred, not a must
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be commutable to Pittsfield, MA (hybrid schedule available)
