We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position involves handling payroll-related tasks efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of documents. Job Responsibility:

Process and print payroll-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate the mailing and distribution of payroll materials to designated recipients
Monitor and track delivery of letters to ensure they reach their intended destinations
Collaborate with team members to address payroll-related inquiries and issues
Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and management
Handle multi-state payroll operations and ensure adherence to state-specific requirements
Manage payroll for an employee base ranging from 101 to 500 individuals
Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll activities
Support the team in completing tasks within the designated two-week project timeline

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing
Familiarity with multi-state payroll regulations and practices
Expertise in managing payroll for organizations with 101 to 500 employees
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a short-term project
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory standards
