Job Responsibility:
Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions
Ensure accuracy in time and attendance records and apply relevant payroll policies
Enter and maintain employee data in the payroll system
Keep accurate records of employee information, tax withholdings, and other payroll-related details
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
Calculate and withhold income taxes, Social Security contributions, and other deductions as required
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
Deduct and remit employee contributions to benefit plans
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and relevant departments
Generate reports for tax purposes, including year-end reports and W-2 forms
Requirements:
Payroll Administrators with strong MS Office skills
