Responsible for supporting the EMEA/APAC payroll operations, processing monthly payroll for around 200 employees across 11 different countries. This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles, compliance with tax laws and company policies, and provide reporting and analysis to support business needs. The Payroll Administrator will also assist in process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Administer end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA/APAC employees (~200 employees), ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll on a semi-monthly basis and bi-weekly basis
Maintain current knowledge of applicable local country payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
Accurately incorporate payroll variables (e.g., commissions, one time bonus payments, etc.) into payroll templates for timely payment processing
Ensure timely and accurate processing of changes impacting payroll (e.g., new hires, terminations, rate changes, pension updates, etc.)
Assist with payroll issue resolution, effectively collaborating and communicating with internal and external partners
Collaborate with the People Operations, Benefits and external vendors to ensure accurate benefit deductions and payroll-related transactions
Effectively communicate with employees regarding payroll related inquiries
Organize compliant and accurate payroll records
Assist with year-end activities, including tax filings, and audits
Maintains payroll data with a high level of confidentiality
Support payroll team in day to day operation and projects
Requirements:
3 to 5 plus years of practical experience with EMEA and/or APAC payroll processing and solid knowledge of regulatory requirements within payroll
Working knowledge of wage tax and social security
Experience with payroll processes and related systems
Experience working with ADP is a plus
Strong professional English language skills, both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and Word
Strong customer service focus with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Experience working in cross-functional environments
