We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in Addison, Texas. In this Contract to permanent role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for a diverse, multi-state workforce while ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards. Job Responsibility:

Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and commissions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and tax regulations
Maintain detailed payroll records and generate reports for management and accounting purposes
Address employee inquiries related to payroll issues with professionalism and clarity
Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll operations with organizational policies
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, preferably handling multi-state payrolls
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Self-motivated and adaptable with a collaborative approach to teamwork
