Our client is a newly formed Independent offshore operating company and are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator, where you will support the Payroll Advisor in accurate and timely payroll processing.
Job Responsibility:
Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the outsourced payroll provider for accurate and timely payroll delivery
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to tax, social security, and other statutory requirements
Employee Support: Address payroll-related queries and provide guidance on payslips and deductions
Requirements:
Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation
Outsourced Provider Experience: Proven experience working with outsourced payroll providers
Attention to Detail: Strong numerical accuracy and detail-oriented approach
MS Excel Proficiency: Competent in using MS Excel for data management
HRIS/Payroll Software Familiarity: Experience with HRIS or payroll software
Qualifications: Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role is essential
Experience: Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, legislation and compliance
