We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Kent, Washington. This role requires expertise in managing full-cycle payroll processes for multi-state operations and a proven ability to handle complex payroll tasks with precision. Job Responsibility:

Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations efficiently and accurately
Handle payroll for over 500 employees, maintaining meticulous records and addressing discrepancies
Administer garnishments and other payroll deductions in accordance with legal requirements
Verify timekeeping data and resolve any issues related to employee hours or payment discrepancies
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data
Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review
Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance
Provide timely responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters
Support audits and reconciliation processes as needed

Requirements:

Extensive experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state payroll
Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management
Demonstrated ability to handle payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees
Knowledge of garnishments and payroll deductions, including legal compliance
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies
Excellent organizational and communication skills for collaborating across departments
Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations at both state and federal levels
Prior experience supporting payroll audits and reconciliation processes
