Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and process payroll entirely in-house, including audits, and final distribution
Administer union payroll, including tracking dues, benefits, and contract-specific requirements
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Handle payroll tax filings, reporting, and reconciliations
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Collaborate with HR and finance teams on employee data, benefits, and reporting needs
Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies
